Scalloped Potatos & Green Beans au Annika
This is a casserole dish that Annika concocted. I'm not sure exactly what she put in it so I don't have a recipe. Was delicious with pumpernickel bread and a white bordeaux.
This is the herb nursery I have running in the downstairs office. Most of these plants are almost ready to be re-potted into larger containers and eventually moved outside as summer rolls around. Front to back: basil, thyme, marjoram, sage, oregano, rosemary, thyme.
I hope to get a couple big bushel plants of thyme going, because that's my favorite herb to use.
